Fullers way south subway blocked drains

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3399584.
Reported one month ago.despite notification to me that problem fixed this NOT the case. Drains still blocked and subway floods in wet weather and makes it impassable. Pending of water on a3 off slip thrown into subway and over pedestrians. Pls can this be resolved as important route for school children?

If the blocked drain is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days.
