Abandoned sign and cone, please clear

There is a traffic cone and a diverted traffic sign on the floor outside of 149 Holland Rd W14 8AS. Is it meant to be there?

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair.
