Broken manhole covers

All manhole covers in this photo are broken. I have reported this multiple times. The tarmac covering you place over them wears away after a couple of days. Please can these be fixed permanently. The noise is very loud and disruptive to people living around here. It is all day and all night.

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair.
