Damaged drain cover

Reported via desktop in the Drain Cover - Missing or Damaged category anonymously at 21:18, Mon 21 March 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3406181.

As we pass south tottenham Station there's a small drain looking thing that is completely damage my child foot got stuff and tripped I was lucky to catch him but it really shocked him. Another child behind looked in year 7 had fallen and twisted his leg in the hole i had to come to the childs aid but he looked extremely shocked and hurt. I see there is red sprayed marks around the erea so the council seems its aware of the damage but nothing to block the danger for it to be safe for the public. My great concern is if it was a blind person walking that would of been alot of damaged done. My child also was hurt following the other student. I had walked pass the shop and saw a orange cone so I didn't hesitate to take it and cover it. I as a member of the public shouldn't have delayed my self and do the job for the council. We pay our taxes for this reason.
