Burst water main / damaged blocked drain causing a hazard

Reported via desktop in the Flooding category anonymously at 16:57, Wednesday 23 March 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3411117.

This area of the South Circular has been slightly flooded and a very rough patch on the problem for over a year. I travel regularly over this road in my Blood bike role and this spot is always very rough to ride over and the constant water makes it quite slippery. Plus, riding at night and watching the other vehicles who may suddenly stop and turn towards Trouville Road makes this a very hazardous stretch of road - it can be impossible to avoid this damage, which is almost certainly damaging my bike and tyres. This problem appears to have been here for over 2 years.
