Roadworks early hours

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3413811.

Roadworks started last night at 1 am very loud and nosey and I woke up this morning to a thick lot of dust on my car.. tried to clean off today and it wouldn't wash off took car to a valet and it still won't come off... im so angry I had no warning of these roadworks otherwise I would of moved my car.. can someone body get back to me pls
