Traffic light stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3417818.

Light stuck on red as filter light for turning is not working. Created large queue and forcing people to run the red light to get out. Noticed this has been reported several times in past and unsure if this problem has ever been fixed.
