Loose steps on bridge

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3418592.

Bridge over a40 between savoy circus and gypsy corner has several loose steps, one of which my elderly mother just tripped on. Presumably you have an H&S maintenance responsibility? Please act on that responsibility.
