Work complete - businesses deliveries getting parking tickets

We received this image regarding the works outside McDonalds on the Edgware Road. The manager has indicated that there were barriers up on the 15th March and the work was completed that day, however the sign has remained in place. The business has said that their delivery vehicles keep getting tickets and wondered if the sign could now bee removed as the area hasn't been berried off since the 15th and no further work has taken place.
