Paving stone trip hazard causing falls

Reported via iOS in the Pavement Defect (uneven surface / cracked paving slab) category anonymously at 15:31, Mon 28 March 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3421557.

Two paving stones have particularly lifted (the one closest to the residential property is about 3cm above the adjacent one. As it is on approach to the bus stop as people turn around to see if the bus is coming they go flying, tripping. Two people whilst I have been there in the last few days have gone flat on the floor. It’s going to cause a serious injury soon. I have reported before and it was attended to and some work done, but not on these ones which have got worse and more dangerous since.

  • This paving stone has lifted even further now and is more dangerous. It really needs levelling by fixing asap before a serious injury occurs.
