Cleaned off paint still not removed, lamppost not cleaned

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3423901.

I previously reported that the flakes of purple paint cleaned off the bus shelter were left on and around the bus shelter seats. The report was closed but this was not resolved. Also the gold pen graffiti on the black painted lamppost has not been removed. Could you use some of the massive council tax rise to clear this up without ignoring. Thanks
