I have reported the traffic light in accordance with your procedures. I have clicked the link that you sent me in your e-mail, and the same reporting page comes up that I used yesterday.
Please try not to wash your hands of the problem, and send a network inspector out to fix the problem, which is plainly your reponsibility.
The nature of the defect has not changed, so I am resending you my previous report:
The traffic light opposite the terrace at 33-37 Southwark Bridge Road constantly goes onto red even though no pedestrian wants to cross the road. This is causing noise nuisance and is holding up the traffic.
