URGENT blockage in road

Reported via mobile in the Debris in the carriageway category anonymously at 10:28, Thursday 31 March 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3428546.

There is what looks like a duvet and a black bag on the A40 - coming from the direction of the Marylebone flyover heading east. It’s in the right hand lane, and needs moving urgently. Every single driver is swerving to miss it, there is going to be an accident if it’s not moved ASAP.
