A20 london bound traffic light rotated 180 degrees

Reported via desktop in the Damage - pole leaning / equipment detached from pole/facing the wrong direction category anonymously at 15:31, Thursday 31 March 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3429491.

The traffic light on A20 london bound at 5 ways junction has been rotated 180 degrees and appears to be broken/cracked as it has been hit by a large vehicle. This keeps happening since the new traffic lights were installed at 5 ways junction in Dec 2021 and will keep happening unless you do something to address the root cause. Will you please do something about the traffic lights at 5 ways to stop it happening over and over rather than just sending a contractor to straighten the light each time. I reckon it would be more cost effective if you do.
