Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3430353.
Dear Sir/Madam This website is totally wrong, because many questions are inappropriate, but I hope you have received my report with the heading "unacceptable"?
I did receive a response and it is obvious that the person who sent this message is not of British Origin, because there were quite a few grammatical errors in the message. How on earth is this person qualified to answer my report?
But the message is totally unacceptable too, because it is evident, that the person, who responded to my message, did not read my complaint!!!!! Disgraceful. The person is clearly trying to fob me off. This is not acceptable, because I am an honest taxpayer and I am entitled to lodge my opinions and complaints and you have a duty to answer them or to rectify them, as should be the case, regardless of who else has complained or not.
If you have not had any other complaints, it is because you are making it too diffucult and people know that you cannot be bothered about feedback. This is not acceptable, even if the person who responded is not a car driver, which is the obvious case.
I need to repeat, the A40 westway is not only closed at weekends, but also on weekdays and without any notifications. This is just not acceptable! Ignorance has no place in society, not at London Streets, nor at City of Westminster!
Why are there these closures and why are these not notified in advance to motorists?
The person responding to my message claims, that he cannot comment on the high petrol prices and extra pollution! Why not? Is he/she a complete idiot? Does he/she not read the newspapers?
If the journey from my office to my second home in London is taking me 1 hour instead of 15-20 minutes, does he/she not realise that I am stuck in traffic and use more petrol and cause more pollution? Is he/she really that thick?
How does he/she get the job of answering my message?????
Tonight I have noticed that the Marylebone Road has been reduced into a 20mph speed limit zone! If this is not just a money making tactic, what other proof do you have for reducing the speed on a major road in and out of London? I expect an answer from a responsible person. I also expect a call from Mr. Kahn as he is clearly responsible for all these failings. Yours sincerely Mr. Eric Hagen
