Loose manhole cover - extremely loud.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3442321.
Dear TfL team.
I am reporting yet again a long standing issue with this manhole cover at the junction of City Rd/Shepherdess Rd. I recently submitted a report in February and also before that in June and September 2021.
It was repaired again recently by partially covering it with tarmac, but this has failed again due to the volume of traffic - it only takes a few weeks for the tarmac to break up. I really appreciate the effort you are putting in to respond to these reports, but the problem just keeps recurring quickly every time, and we are desperate for a permanent solution to be applied.
The cover is now loose again and makes an extremely loud noise when vehicles drive over it. The noise is now incredibly loud and constant - this is an extremely busy road with 24hr traffic. I am not sleeping and my mental health is suffering very badly as a result.
Please can you do something to fix the problem - it needs a better solution to resolve this long term. It seems a waste of your time and resources if you have to come back repeatedly to deal with this.
Please can you attend to this soon - its a nightmare trying to sleep and we are desperate for this to be properly resolved. Would be very grateful for your help.
With best wishes.
Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This will now be investigated by our team and we will aim to update on progress within 10 days. If the issue you have reported is an emergency, we will aim to update you on progress within 24 hours
