Driving from Uxbridge, coming into London. The flyover on top of the roundabout has a damaged drain cover. The Drain cover is not flush to the floor, it is popping up at an angle causing a hazard to road users.
This will be passed onto our highways contractor to make safe.

If the area of the drain cover is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days.
