Traffic light stuck on red - persistent problem.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3447698.

Traffic lights stuck on red. Persistent problem. I have reported this before and will continue to do so until rectified. Someone will get hurt. Cars are running lights in frustration at 3 way junction. This is dangerous. Once a report is submitted, I'm told the problem will be resolved within 24 hours. It hasn't been resolved. It's clear from the reports logged previously, this has been happening for months without resolution. Sort this ASAP. Before someone loses a life.
