Announcement not working (Yeading/ White Hart Rdbt)

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3464460.

This bus stop does not have an automated announcement for some reason, so every time the bus approaches no announcement is played. Please can this be looked into as it helps blind people.
