Substantial dip in road near traffic light crossing

The dip in the road ambassador been here for several months. Complained to council who said should raise with TFL. Causes substantial noise when trucks/buses hit it. Believe is causing structural damage to house at 438. Other neighbours have expressed similar concerns. Most substantial damage at traffic lights past bus stop on London bound side of A4.

If the defect is confirmed as a safety issue, it will be made safe within 24 hours. A permanent repair, if needed will be carried out during our next programmed works for the area, or sooner if we can. This issue continues to worsen. The noise is constant from trucks hitting the double dip and the house vibrates constantly as a result. Additionally, these dips are just prior to and at a crossing used daily by school children crossing the road. I believe this is now a serious safety issue and should be addressed as a matter of urgency. Additionally, the characterisation assigned by you of being a minor pothole is incorrect. The pictures do not show properly how large the holes are.
