Cracked Pavement Slab

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3467193.
Your Guys came out and fixed one side of the job but not the other please see attached photo. We had a health & Safety inspection and were told that the pavement slabs in front of our office block at Camelford House 87-90 Albert Embankment, London SE1 7TP needs to be fixed or replaced. This is the 4th time reporting this and you keep closing it saying fixed as you can see from the photo this has not been fixed. Can we please get this issue taken care of. Kind regards, Liz Smith

If this defect is confirmed as a safety issue this will be made safe within two hours. If a permanent repair is required, we will aim to carry it out within 28 days.
