Red light long

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3468675.

As some other people report the problem as tariff light stuck on red light as they start green light on uppers bank Street and other side a13 still green that way its long queue..that start about 5 week ago. As both side a13 tariff light should get red same time but that the error..please check again
