This loose panel has been fixed a couple times before however it's now broken again. The whole panel may need replacing rather than strapping down as today I saw school kids intentionally trying to break the straps previously installed

The latest repair hasnt even lasted a day. So far every single temporary repair is broken by school kids

This has been re-reported to JCDecaux to attend and fix, full repair is still with them
