Persistent problem: traffic light stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3474441.

Persistent problem of traffic lights that are stuck on red at a 3 way junction with drivers that run the lights in frustration. I have witnessed countless near miss accidents over 6 months and TFL will be to blame if this is not sorted and lives are lost. Updates are sent that the problem is fixed but the issue does not get addressed or resolved.
