Traffic cones no longer required

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3474872.
The building in now completed and occupied. The traffic cones that has segregated the road are no longer required as it enables cars to be parked on the pavement blocking pedestrian use. At least 6-10 cars are illegally parked at all times. Ladies with prams should be able to walk on the pavement not be forced to walk in the road. Residents also fly tip and that rubbish blows into the road causing dangerous driving conditions.
