Metal fence crashed into middle of the lane

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3482201.
What appeared to be a crashed metal fence is obstructing the leftmost lane on the A3 kingston bypass, heading north, right before the road bifurcates into the exit towards Beverly Way/Robin Hood Way.
