Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3486649.
I am writing to TFL in hopes of an explanation to a decision you have made to remove the screens displaying the times for bus arrivals and a very busy bus stop (Bus Stop B) outside Wimbledon station.
This bus stop has always had the screen displaying tones which is really helpful when trying to plan a route home and I see now that the bus stop stand has been renovated however the bus time screen has been removed.
Why would you do that as it definitely seems to be a step backwards definitely not forward. I mean no disrespect however for a person that travels on and out of London 25 days a month it does affect me and I’m sure thousands of other people too.
