Fault at pedestrian controlled signals / traffic signals

Reported via desktop in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 10:46, Friday 29 April 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3490906.

There is a fault at pedestrian controlled signals / traffic signals.

This issue is at the junction of Greenford Avenue, Cuckoo Lane & Drayton Bridge Road.

When the 'Green Man' is lit, there is no accompanying audible 'Beeping' noise/sound heard, which will affect those members of the public with hearing problems/difficulties

Customer has also advised that the timings, in terms of number of seconds available, are too short, meaning there is an insufficient amount of time available to cross the road safely.

Also, can a 'Traffic Assessment' can be made at this road junction as it has been noticed that cars can be seen sometimes 'jumping the red lights' when travelling across them.
