Faulty push button
Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 11:32, Fri 29 April 2022
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3491111.
To whom it may concern
I would like to bring to your attention that from experience I do not believe the pedestrian crossing push button lights on the north and south crossing to the west (near to Gail's bakery) of the Design Museum are functioning properly.

I have found when using the push button, the Wait light comes on, then goes off, but the green man doesn't appear. I have to press again and often wait a very long time before the green man appears.
Please can you investigate this and rectify if there is a fault to ensure people are able to cross safely.
