Red and green lights staying on at same time!!!!

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3493480.

Location is A3 traveling from London towards Guilford junction with Roehampton Lane Non of the faults below are correct!!!!!!!! The fault which causes problems with anyone not familiar with this junction is that THE RED STOP SIGN IS ON!!!! WHEN THE GREEN FORWARD ARROW IS ALSO ON!!! TRAFIC CAN NOT TURN RIGHT AT THIS JUNTION SO ITS SOOOO CONFUSING. its been like this for years !!! PLEASE CHANGE IT as it causes delays AA the time!!!

  • I have edited my report as I copy and pasted this from a report I made to the council which included a reference to the council listed items non of which were appropriate — sorry for any confusion. We have therefore referred it to our contractors, and you should see an improvement within 28 days.
