Missing manhole cover & water

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3500987.

There is a missing manhole cover on Beverley Court (the slip road between Coombe Lane and the A3). There is also a lot of water nearby. unsure if the 2 things are related as I'm reporting this third hand.
