Stuck on red / sequence is not correct
Reported via mobile in the Stuck on red category by Nic Welbourn at 18:33, Wed 4 May 2022
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3502102.
The lights on Church Street (at the junction of Green Lanes - heading towards Highbury) seem to be out of sequence.
They are seeming not to change in their regular order, with the lights on Green Lanes turning fully red-green 2 or 3 times before the Church St lights are then changing to green.
I use this junction daily and have noticed this for the last week.
People are stating to jump the red light in stead of waiting so to the time sat waiting - this can be 5 minutes or more.
The lights also seem not to be fully facing the oncoming traffic. Both sides seem to be positioned to the right (as you are looking at them from the steering wheel), which could mean they are not recognising oncoming traffic is waiting?
