Traffic light stuck on red.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3505143.

As explained by other drivers - drivers are still having to creep past the red light as this traffic light gets stuck on red at a very fast 3-way junction. Needs urgent attention. The traffic light for traffic heading west works as normal. The traffic light for traffic heading south gets stuck on red. The traffic light for traffic heading east gets stuck on green.
