Countdown unit not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3507615.

This has not been working for approx 10 days. There is also no time table for any bus displayed on bust stop info . When you fix indicator board can you please relocate to the front of shelter the same as one opposite. As you have to stand in road to look at it on back of shelter.
