No Entry Sign Facing wrong way

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3508955.
At an already dangerous junction with the 29mph sign not visible now the no entry sign is now facing wrong way these signs keep getting hit by loading trucks. The junction is a cross way for pedestrians, bikes and left and right turning traffic as the no right turn sign way left out in error on the new road layout.

We have therefore passed this to our contractors and as it is classed as an emergency. It will be made safe within 24 hours.
