Timings are out

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3509122.

The timings of these lights are really out causing excessive and unnecessary queuing - there is always a lot of congestion here but in the last few weeks something has got out of synch and they are so much worse and making the operation do the junction very inefficient. Please can you review the signal phasing and green periods.
