Traffic lights are beeping extremely loudly

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3510506.

The traffic lights at this intersection beep very loudly and is disruptive to the residents living in the flats on either side of the street.

Could you please turn off the beeping noise completely? It is impacting my ability to work and is causing me anxiety due to its infrequency and sharp/piercing tone. If it is not possible to turn off, please give me a direct number to contact as I would like to provide more information and understand rationale for the sound.
