The light is only on green for 4 seconds and you are saying you fixed it on other reports but the light was on green for 10 seconds before that so it is worse infact and you are ignoring the issue.

The light is on red for all of 3-4 minutes and green for 3-7 seconds if we are lucky. Aerodrome Rd/ Watford Way. We had an issue last week where the light wasn't showing red and you claim to fix it over the weekend but that engineer made it worse. We shouldn't need pictures show you how bad it is, there are many reports here telling you how bad it is, a line of cars etc from end to end of Aerodrome Road and further than that. If you really need photos I'll take many and make many reports too. Fix up and fix this issue ASAP, you told me 28 days to fix what you screwed up in one weekend. Bus drivers are getting it in the neck, I spoken to many, your employees are highly frustrated, we are all frustrated. Disable school bus is suffering, children who depend on the service have to make alternative travel plans during Sats/ exam week of all weeks. Get it together.
