Rocking manhole making noise

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3516825.
I am reopening this case that I filed back in April 8th. TfL just closed my case without fixing the manhole.
The 3 manhole cover sitting right In front of the Sainbury's local (516 Commercial Road, E1 0HY) are rocking, and has been creating noises when cars are driving on them

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair. And now all 5 man holes sitting in front of Sainsbury's Local are rocking, making very annoying noise. Could you help to repair it please?

Hi, i just saw a kid tipping over on the rocking manholes when he wanted to cross the street. It has now escalated into a safety issue rather than just a noise issue. Could you at least provide a temporary fix on that please? Thanks.
