Buses still using old route

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3532255.

The 472 route changed on Saturday, but we have seen 472 buses this morning traveling along Nathan Way, which they should no longer be doing; they are supposed to go along Western Way instead. Because some drivers are using the old route still, our stop on Western Way is not being served. Can you check that all 472 drivers know about the new route please?
