The traffic lights at the top of Highwood Hill are not working
Reported via desktop in the Damage - pole leaning / equipment detached from pole/facing the wrong direction category anonymously at 10:34, Wed 18 May 2022
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3533770.
One of the poles has been knocked down but none of the other lights are working. This will not be helping the congestion around Apex. Can this be investigated as a matter of urgency?

I reported this issue at midday today. It is now almost 4pm and the tailbacks are even worse. There were workmen on the scene at midday but nothing seems to have changed. There has also been a major accident on the A1 northbound just before the roundabout at Borehamwood. This needs to be resolved urgently.
