Eroding of road surface

What gradually started as small cracks on the road surface has now progressed to the road surface across the road eroding. The noise both night and day is loud noises when heavy duty lorries go over the surface which is constantly due to the busy road traffic. It is awful especially at night when one's bedroom window is facing the road and even though the windows are double glazed and closed at all times. One is constantly kept awake all night by the constant loud noises. It seems to becoming worse overtime when the surface is expanding across the road.

Apologies. as i was unable to find a suitable category for the fault - so used the Pot hole heading. Have taken photos from a distant and as close up as I could for reference. It may not from the photo be classified as urgent.

Please hope TFL will also take into consideration how the noise caused by the erosion is affecting the residents quality if life. Thank you for your support in advance.
