These traffic lights are not working properly

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3534576.

Comments: Reporting that traffic lights are broken at busy junction! Would really recommend fixing fast. Junction also used by lots of cyclists trying to cross roads with traffic coming from all directions.
