Cycle lane traffic light stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3535571.

If you want to turn left from Bridge St onto Embankment, the lights never go green for the cycle lane. It's been like this for weeks including today. It's extremely dangerous due to the volume of traffic and pedestrians. Cyclists can't get across the junction safely. This is a repeat problem that's happened on and off for months but this time has gone on for weeks. Please please fix it! Thanks.
