No working pedestrian traffic lights

Reported via iOS in the All out category anonymously at 19:28, Thu 19 May 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3537889.

I have reported this issue at 4.30pm this afternoon. I have had a response at 7pm this evening to say that these are temporary traffic lights following roadworks. These are NOT temporary traffic lights. The temporary traffic lights have been removed. The permanent pedestrian crossing traffic lights are NOT working. I used the crossing this morning at 8 am and the lights were not working. I used the crossing at 4 pm this afternoon the lights were not working. I have driven past the crossing again at 7:20 pm this evening and the lights are still NOT working. They are NOT temporary lights. The temporary lights are no longer there and have not been there since this morning. This morning the temporary lights and the permanent lights were neither working. I along with a number of schoolchildren had to negotiate very fast moving traffic in order to cross this very busy road and this road is a major road i.e. the south circular. Please send engineers to fix this as a matter of urgency.
