Sign left dangerously close to traffic

The signs were left to close to the A3 and was knocked down by a passing vehicle. When I heard the crashing noise I had to run out my house and clear the road. I have cctv evidence of the nighttime workers leaving the sign at 02:42 to 03:08 am 20/05/2022
