Only a small part of the cracked road surface was repaired on 18.05.2022 leaving a large round of the cracked and damaged area unattended so the vibrations from the passing buses continue to affect our building

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3538790.

This pothole and its surrounding cracked road surface is a recurring problem starting around Feb/March time each year. And this year, the cracked road surface area has become wider and wider covering one and a half lanes on the carriageway that is used as 10 buses routes servicing SW London. The strong vibrations to our block of flat caused by the continuous stream of buses running over the cracked road surface is a safety concern. Repeated communications to TFL and reporting to Streetcare resulted were noted and the Highways team came on 18 May but regrettably only partially patched a small area and not the whole damage road surface area so our building continues to be jolted with the passing buses. We need the Highways team to return to patch all of the cracked surface please so at least to stop the vibrations for now and for the appropriate department to please come up with a permanent solution to prevent it reoccurring again. These were the case numbers reported to you related to this pothole matter FMS3363787 and FMS3457089.
