Please can you request that Ringway (who literally just finished remedial works to solve this problem) replace the drainage grates with those using a larger gauge? The grates are so fine they become clogged within days. I am 99% sure this is the cause of this latest flooding that occurred 20/05/22. Please do not just schedule a clean - this is an ongoing problem that needs resolving once and for all.
