Illegal ice cream van parking on red route causing danger to pedestrians and cyclists

Ice cream vans are illegally parking on the road adjacent to the cycle land causing pedestrians to queue and wander into the road and cycle lane without looking. Please notify your enforcement team or amend the infrastructure (e.g. solid barriers rather than bollards) to prevent this
