I am re-reported this issue. The drain has been blocked for months. Yesterday you replied to say it had been ‘fixed during routine inspections’. It’s not. Please see attached photos taken at 13:00 today. The location of the drain is in the gully directly outside Block 6 Devon Mansions, Tooley Street, SE1 2LB.

If the blocked drain is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days. To add to the update above, the drain is still blocked despite ALREADY being ‘cleared’ by workers about two weeks ago. So it clearly has a more significant problem.
